Diwali Evening at the Naidoos’. Five lamps on the doorstep, and each one has something to tell you.

  1. When Saturday 7 November 2026 The eve of Diwali.
  2. Time 18:00 SAST till late The diyas are lit at sunset. Dinner from 19:00.
  3. Where The Naidoo home Durban North, KwaZulu-Natal. Follow the lamps up the path to the front door.
  4. Bring Sweets to share A box of mithai, or something homemade. The chai will be on.
  5. Wear Traditional or festive Saris, kurtas and sherwanis, or simply your brightest colours.
