These terms apply when you use Before the Memories to browse, customise and send invitations, or reply to one. By using the service you agree to them. Questions: support@centricedge.co.za.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email, or with Google. Keep access to that email or Google account to yourself; anything done while signed in as you is treated as done by you.

Your invites

• You are responsible for what you put in your invites and for who you send them to.
• Don’t use the service for anything unlawful, misleading, hateful or harassing, or to send messages people didn’t ask for.
• Only ask guests for information you need for your event, and look after the replies you receive.
• Anyone with an invite’s link can open it and reply, so share links with the people you mean to invite.

Our designs

The invitation designs, animations, artwork and code remain ours (or our licensors’). You may use them to invite people to your own events through the service, but not copy, resell or reuse them elsewhere.

The service

We work hard to keep invites and replies working, but the service is provided as it is, and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own note of anything important to your event. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using the service.

We may change or stop features, and may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we change these terms we’ll update this page and the date at the top.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
